Shipping and Returns

PLEASE ALLOW ONE WEEK SHIPPING FOR U.S. ORDERS. U.S. orders ship by Priority Mail for a flat rate of $14. Evans Encaustics will contact customers in the case of International orders to communicate the increased shipping fees.

Unopened items may be returned in their original condition and packaging within 30 days for a refund of the product purchase price. Please contact us for instructions prior to sending anything back. Opened or used products may not be returned.
No returns or refunds after 30 days.
Personalized items may not be cancelled or returned.
Damaged or defective items will be repaired or replaced with an identical product.
Please contact us within 5 days of receipt of any damaged items and save the box and all packaging materials, as they will need to be inspected or returned to us.

If you refuse delivery of your order for any reason, or if your order is returned because of an incorrect address, you may request a refund for the product price less actual shipping charges once we receive the products back and only if they are in saleable condition. We are not responsible for any damage on refused or returned deliveries.
